Ideation

Ideation can be defined as: the process by which ideas are created and processed, and based on the collection and analysis of information, we prepare a blueprint. Also, doing so we produce the prototype. With the help of ideation, we improve the quality of our services, and by juxtaposing different ideas and concepts, we try to gain the necessary capacity for future improvements.

Ideation can be used both Externally and Internally. When brainstorming is pursued internally, company executives receive different ideas from employees, the same people who work directly to create and improve services. This type of brainstorming requires teamwork and various meetings, which ultimately leads to the presentation and construction of a prototype. But when we do ideation externally, our main job is to make a list of ideas, plans and expectations from the customer, user and owner to provide better service delivery.

Ideation is one of the most important components of ANIN Co’s strategy

we believe that if we do not have a process for idea generation, we should not expect to see continuous progress in work and consequently provide satisfactory services. Although internal brainstorming is important, the ideas of the client and the owner can also make significant openings. The owner or the customer is, in fact, the one who buys and uses our services, so being able to deliver what he or she wants is our success. But it should not be overlooked that this will not be possible unless there is a precise system for receiving, analyzing and refining ideas. Our system uses new management technologies to achieve this, so that the unspoken needs of the client and the owner are identified and unique solutions are offered. Ideation is one of the most important steps in the design process. Ideation is often the most exciting stage of design, as it aims to present a large number of ideas from which the team must select the best, most creative and most practical in order to be able to provide services and offer better solutions.
