Training

By  referring  to  the  historical  context  related  to   the  formation  of  modernity  and  the  industrial revolution  in  the  Western world,  we  can  compromisingly  allude  to  two  elements  of  timing  and education  as prerequisites  and necessary preconditions  of the industrial revolution. Needless to say, without  the  realization  of  subjective  conditions  no development can  take place  in vacuum and no objective  conditions can be created. In this  regard, In ANIN Co., we emphasize the need to provide a well-codified  training program to  facilitate, streamline and integrate work, and consider it not only an urgent  need to objectify  plans and programs, but also necessary for a progressive culture of work to foster.

In order to achieve the above objectives, our team intends to pursue training in both technical and theoretical fields.

  • Technical training includes learning groundbreaking software such as Autodesk Revit.
  • In  theoretical  training, with  emphasis  on  new  management technologies and theories, we have  adopted  an  agile and  human-centered approach. Agile  management is a method of project management that takes place in a process, a process in  which  several projects can be implemented, managed and executed in small areas of work.

Also,  according to the human-centered  approach, solutions  evolve in such a way that at all levels of the  process of  problem-solving   a human-centered  perspective is  taken. Human-centered  design (HCD)  is a type  of  management  approach and design  that seeks  to make systems  functional in a user-centered way. This  approach promotes  efficiency and productivity and improves welfare, user-customers’ satisfaction, accessibility and sustainability of services and goods.
