Integrity
First of all, honesty or coherence is one of the equations for the concept of Integrity in English. Etymologically, this word is derived from the Latin word integre, which means pure and honest. In other words, when you act on Integrity, you behave and make the same decision under any circumstances. To be more precise, this means that it does not matter whether you are in a board meeting or talking to a client or employer; Your tone of voice and facial expressions do not change in all of these situations. In a sense, Integrity means that you are going to do what you say you are doing, even if no one is there to watch you. Another meaning of this concept is that we accept our mistakes and are responsible for them. Hence, another meaning that this concept brings to mind is “totality”, “uniqueness”.
According to the latest research from the Robert Huff Institute for Management Resources, both Chief Financial managers and staff believe that Integrity is the most important characteristic of a manager or leader of a business organization; According to the study, 75% of employees and 46% of senior financial managers expressed the above opinion.
It is clear that based on integrity, it is very difficult to do something respectfully; Of course, we also expect others to treat us with respect and honesty. The question, however, is how to make honesty an integral part of our daily dealings. Here are some of the strategic lessons we have put at the forefront of our work and behavior, and we strongly believe that through these teachings, integrity can be achieved. From an alluring concept, we will refer to a practical behavior of transformation:
We are honest about our mistakes:
As an economic entity, we have a duty not only to tell the truth unequivocally in any situation, but we must also avoid monopolies of information. The information cycle runs smoothly, information that is useful and vital to both employees and customers and employers. We do not forget that if we make a mistake, we will admit it!
We treat everyone the same:
Do we respect our big project owners more than the small ones? We will always remember that integrity means that in dealing with others, in any situation, we are the same person and do not simply change color. This means that we dedicate ourselves equally to others, no matter how much they benefit us.
At ANIN Co., we honor others, keep our commitments, and our ultimate goal is nothing but project owners’, and customers’ satisfaction.
