The approach of this department is to perform all the aforementioned engineering activities based on the latest standards and instructions and national and international regulations and with complete honesty and utmost accuracy and meticulousness so that the smallest details are not forgotten. In the meantime, carrying out activities with the lowest cost for the company and owners, as well as improving the quality of work, along with increasing the level of knowledge of company staff and our colleagues in other companies and increasing the productivity are also considered as the next goals of the department.
Activities & Capabilities
The Department of Mechanical Design of ANIN Solid Mechanics Engineers Company, using the experience and knowledge of the staff, the youthful energy and enthusiasm of the staff, software, standards and a strong technical archive, has the ability to perform the following activities:
- Designing, performing calculations, preparing basic drawings and detail design of all mechanical equipment of different industries and mines
- Design, calculation, preparation of basic drawings and details of material transfer systems
- Determining the technical specifications of the equipment and preparing the relevant documents such as datasheets, specifications, etc.
- Preparation of instructions and documents related to commissioning and maintenance of designed equipment
- Preparation of equipment purchase documents such as Material Requisition, Inquiry, etc.
- Preparation of a three-dimensional model of equipment and devices
- Preparation of three-dimensional model, calculations, sizing and seating of piping systems
- Preparation of basic and detailed maps, calculation book and meters and estimation of mechanical installations of office, residential, commercial, sports, welfare, laboratory, cultural, artistic, recreational, academic, educational, military, tourism, projects and stadiums, high-rise buildings, and complexes, shopping malls, religious complexes, hospitals, and banks using the latest design and computing software and the latest version of domestic and international standards
- Analysis of plans and documents produced by other companies and offering professional comments
- Carrying out workshop supervision, superior supervision and performance management
- Carrying out inspection and quality control of production equipment and spare parts
- Preparation of tender documents, description of contractors’ services, detail designs and estimation of implementation of various projects
- Performing reverse engineering and preparing technical documents for manufacturing industrial and mining equipment

- Preparation of technical documents and plans for the project of improving the lime storage system in Sarcheshmeh Copper Plant
- Analysis of the technical documents of the contractors of Sarcheshmeh Copper Plant in increasing the capacity of waste thickener
- Preparation of technical documents and project plans to increase the capacity of lime in Sarcheshmeh Copper Plant
- Preparation of technical documents and piping drawings for water transfer from the new pumping station of Sarcheshmeh Copper Plant to the concentrator
- Reviewing and commenting on the technical documents of the contractor of the construction project of Ahar Lime Plant
- Preparation of technical documents and piping plans for relocation of burial pipes in the area of lime plant in Sarcheshmeh Copper Plant
- Preparation of drawings and technical documents of mechanical installations of more than 50 office buildings in Khatunabad and Miduk copper plants
- Preparation of drawings and technical documents of mechanical installations of more than 20 industrial sheds in Khatunabad and Miduk copper plants
- Preparation of technical documents and project plans for modifying conveyor belts for concentrate transfer from filter presses to storage warehouse
- Preparation of technical documents and drawings of material transfer system automation project in Khatunabad ferromolybdenum factory
- Reviewing and commenting on the technical documents of the contractor of Sarcheshmeh Copper plant 6 and 9 strip modification project
