Outcomes: Executing more than 250 subprojects in about 26 months in various disciplines and fields including industrial projects, construction, health, ground and road design, material processing, architecture, water and wastewater, accessibility and road, and etc. in cooperation with various beneficiaries and employees at Shahr-Babak Copper Complex, using an agile methodology.
