From this stage onwards, Anin Solids Mechanical Engineers Company, based on the successful experience of completely redesigning Kerman Stadium, took on the responsibility of designing the Rafsanjan Copper Stadium as a consultant designer. The complete redesign of this stadium was carried out in accordance with the latest standards of the FIFA World Football Federation regarding continental competitions and the regulations of the Asian Football Confederation, as well as by applying the latest standards of the time in architecture, facilities and structures. The architectural drawings were redesigned in general, taking into account the limitations resulting from the implementation of the project structure, and the structural engineering documents, including calculations and executive drawings, were reviewed, adapted and reinforced to comply with the new architectural design and regulations. The electrical and mechanical installation design was also completely changed in accordance with the project’s time conditions and supply and implementation limitations and in accordance with the latest standards of the time and AFC regulations, and the equipment list was also prepared again.

In addition to designing the Rafsanjan Copper Stadium project, Anin has been present in the project as a consulting engineer, senior supervisor and workshop supervisor since mid-2019. The project’s engineering and workshop supervision team, since 2010, has been planning to correct and complete the executive contracts of the various contractors involved in the project, and by providing technical, management, and planning services and integrated cooperation with the project employer, it has initiated and accelerated the contractors’ executive activities in all areas of the project’s execution. All of these planning and actions led to the launch and inauguration of the Mes Rafsanjan Stadium in less than fourteen months. This stadium has been inaugurated since the beginning of 1401, and since then, the Mes Rafsanjan football team’s matches in the country’s premier league have been held in this complex.

In addition to the Mes Rafsanjan 10,000-seat stadium, the Mes Rafsanjan club had built a smaller stadium called Mes Rafsanjan Stadium Number Two with a capacity of about 2,000 people adjacent to the main stadium and on the grounds of the Mes Rafsanjan Cultural-Sports Complex, and Anin Company was also responsible for correcting the designs and supervising part of the executive operations of this stadium. Before the opening of the main stadium, the Rafsanjan Copper football team’s matches were held in this second stadium.

The Rafsanjan Copper Martyrs Cultural and Sports Complex, of which the 10,000-seat football stadium is the most important project, was built on a land area of approximately 26 hectares. The complete design of the complex’s site, including the landscape architecture plan, access routes, civil and surface water collection plan, the design of the infrastructure and underground facilities of the area, the layout of the infrastructure facilities and the projects currently being planned by the Rafsanjan Copper Club, the training fields located in the complex, the central engine room, etc., were all completed by the experts of Anin Company.
