Scope of Services and Responsibilities of Anin Engineering Company

As the General Contractor (GC – Designer & Builder) of the project, Anin Engineering Company is responsible for the design, detailed engineering, and full implementation of all critical infrastructure systems. The key technical domains of the project include:

  1. Infrastructure for Advanced Cancer Treatment Technologies
  • Designing an integrated platform for medical AI systems, including image processing, Clinical Decision Support, and smart patient monitoring systems
  • Incorporating engineering requirements for targeted therapies, immunotherapy, and minimally invasive treatment methods
  • Developing specialized infrastructure for Precision Medicine, including genomic laboratories and health data repositories
  1. Digital Infrastructure and Smart Hospital Systems
  • Designing and implementing network infrastructure, data centers, fiber-optic systems, and communication equipment capable of supporting high-volume imaging and AI data
  • Defining mechanical and electrical requirements for Hospital Information Systems (HIS), medical IoT, and hospital Digital Twin platforms
  • Establishing end-to-end infrastructure for Telemedicine, Teleradiology, and Remote Monitoring services
  1. Mechanical Systems and Technical Requirements of Specialized Departments
  • Designing HVAC and contamination-control systems compliant with cleanroom standards, positive/negative pressure rooms, and radiotherapy units
  • Engineering and supplying systems for medical gases, central vacuum, technical fire-suppression systems, and critical hospital utilities
  • Providing mechanical and shielding infrastructure for MRI, CT, PET/CT, linear accelerators, brachytherapy, and other heavy imaging equipment
  • Designing full redundancy configurations (N+1 / N+2) to ensure uninterrupted operation of all critical departments
  1. Architecture and Construction Based on Future-Driven Models
  • Implementing Lean Healthcare Design principles to optimize patient flow and operational efficiency
  • Separating clean and contaminated pathways and defining independent flows for patients, staff, and equipment in accordance with cancer-hospital standards
  • Utilizing 3D modeling and BIM Level 2/3 to achieve precise coordination among architecture, structure, MEP, and medical systems
  1. Standards and Quality Requirements
  • Ensuring full compliance with international standards for cancer hospitals
  • Implementing construction quality assurance using Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) dedicated to oncology departments
  • Managing the project according to PMBOK methodologies and advanced EPC project-control systems
