The Structural Unit of Anin, backed by a brilliant track record, technical knowledge and expertise of its team members, the latest structural engineering software, up-to-date editions of national and international standards and codes, and an extensive archive, operates in various areas.

Design & Retrofitting

The Structural Unit undertakes the design, optimization, and preparation of construction drawings for a wide range of structures:

  • Industrial, semi-industrial structures, and factories in copper, steel, cement, etc.
  • Non-industrial structures, including office, residential, commercial, sports, recreational, laboratory, cultural, artistic, entertainment, academic, educational, military, tourism-related, hotels, stadiums, halls, large commercial complexes, shopping centers, religious complexes, hospitals, and banks
  • Preparation of preliminary and construction drawings, calculation booklets, and technical specifications using the most up-to-date design and analysis software, along with the latest versions of national and international codes

Supervision, Senior Supervision, and Execution Management

This includes planning, engineering, work assignment, execution coordination, quality control, estimation, payment and cost control, and legal aspects of contracts, all conducted within the Anin Structural Unit:

Engineering

  • Design review if necessary and proposing modifications
  • Preparation of forms and test documentation
  • Periodic site visits, issuing performance certificates, and on-site work orders
  • Review and approval of lists of required manpower and machinery
  • Preparation of lists for major materials and project equipment
  • Developing guidelines for storage of materials and equipment in the site warehouse
  • Approval and follow-up of necessary parts by suppliers, along with documentation sufficiency review

Planning

  • Defining work execution methods
  • Monitoring progress
  • Ensuring that the contractor establishes a project planning and control system
  • Approval of detailed schedules and coordination based on supervisory reports

Execution Coordination

  • Temporary site handover to contractors, reviewing and approving proposed execution methods and contractor structures
  • Organizing coordination meetings with supervision bodies, clients, and contractors
  • Addressing issues and obstacles, offering recommendations to senior supervision
  • Verifying qualifications and technical skills of personnel in critical areas like welding and key contractor staff
  • Issuing safety and weather protection instructions for the site
  • On-site control and monitoring of instruction implementation
  • Reviewing and approving contractors’ work handover requests
  • Reviewing “as-built” drawings and dismantling temporary structures and equipment

Quality Control

  • Continuous and periodic inspections to ensure quality of materials, equipment, and work, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, standards, and instructions
  • Supervising sampling processes for testing materials and equipment, and correcting defective work
  • Measuring deformation and displacement, controlling permissible tolerances to ensure compliance with technical specs and standards

Cost Estimation, Payment Control, and Contract Legal Affairs

  • Reviewing and updating financial and legal documents, including service cost estimation and execution contract formation
  • Reviewing and verifying interim payments to contractors and equipment vendors, and approving new pricing
  • Addressing contract delays and reviewing contractor claims
  • Reviewing final invoices of contractors and cooperating with the client in dispute resolution
  • Participation in final delivery boards and preparing final meeting minutes and confirming defect rectifications

Work Assignment

  • Assigning auxiliary services needed during construction, such as surveying, geology, and geotechnics
  • Forming qualified units, assessing their capacity, and selecting the most appropriate unit for each auxiliary service
  • Drafting contract documents
  • Determining the contractor/equipment vendor selection process, issuing tender invitations, assisting the client in winner selection, and preparing related documents
