  • Social Impact Assessment (SIA): Identification, analysis, and prediction of the social consequences of projects, along with the development of impact management plans aimed at enhancing social benefits and mitigating potential harms.
  • Social Development and Community Studies: Formulation of development strategies to improve the quality of life for communities affected by projects, through infrastructure enhancement, economic opportunity creation, and social capacity building.
  • Stakeholder Analysis and Management: Identification and evaluation of stakeholders, analysis of their expectations and concerns, and design of effective strategies to foster active participation and constructive engagement with communities.
  • Participatory Planning: Designing participatory processes based on the principles of transparency, accountability, and respect for the rights of local communities throughout all project stages.
  • Cultural Studies and Heritage Protection: Identification of cultural and social values within project areas and providing necessary measures for their protection in accordance with national laws and international standards.
  • Post-Implementation Social Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuous assessment of social impacts during the operational phase of projects and the development of improvement and corrective action plans when necessary.
