Tosca Administrative Building

The Tosca Administrative Building, serving as the headquarters of a prominent name in the stock market and investment sector, is located in the heart of Tehran’s commercial and administrative district, on 21 Gandhi Street, between Africa Street and Gandhi Street. The project occupies a plot of approximately 500 square meters with a total built-up area of around 2,700 square meters across 9 floors.

A key aspect of this project was the need for precise and comprehensive design to meet all of the client’s requirements in administrative functionality, operational efficiency, and aesthetic quality. The design of Tosca Building was developed according to modern architectural and office space standards, with particular attention to floor connectivity, easy accessibility, space efficiency, and creating an inspiring work environment.

ANIN served as the client’s advisor and partner throughout all phases of the project, from Phase 1 and Phase 2 design to interior design and final execution. Close collaboration with the client in design sessions, detailed execution reviews, and alignment with the organization’s real needs ensured the creation of a unique and highly functional office space.
